"[PATH TO ECLIPSE INSTALLATION]\eclipse.exe" -vm "[PATH TO JAVA RUNTIME]\jre7\bin" -data [PATH TO WORKSPCAE]
Put this commandline statement into a .bat file to execzute it per double-click
